The Components of Executive Coaching Typically Include the Following:

  • Phase 1:

    Creation of desired Transformation and Breakthroughs. Click on this link for an example of questions during our complimentary session.

  • Phase 2:

    Self-Assessments (StrengthsFinder and the Enneagram). This is the foundation for “Amplifying” strengths and “Mitigating” blind spots.

  • Phase3:

    Delve into the neuro and physiological facets of wellbeing, encompassing crucial elements such as sleep, nutrition, physical activity, and mindfulness.

  • Phase 4:

    Decide “Who You Want to BE”. This is the study of Ontology and the strategies to shed limiting beliefs creating the BEST VERSION of YOU!

  • Phase 5:

    I intentionally listen as we collaborate for sustainable breakthroughs at work and home, throughout all phases of life.

Sessions come in Three Packages:

  • Leading with Intention Package (12 Sessions)

  • Rich and Intentional Package (20 Sessions plus 3 Bonus (Follow Up) Session Quarterly)

  • Mastery Package (Includes both packages above plus Two Days of Team Coaching and/or Three days of Executive Coaching (Arizona or Florida depending on activities)
